About the Role

Job Summary:
The HR Representative plays a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This role involves assisting employees with HR-related inquiries, facilitating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures. Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.

Benefits Administration: Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures as needed.

Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge.

Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes by assisting in evaluations, providing guidance on performance-related matters, and maintaining performance records.

HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and other key HR indicators.

Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts or issues between employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources.

  • They must be knowledgeable about labor laws and regulations, as well as possess excellent communication skills. Additionally,

  • They should have strong organizational abilities and an understanding of employee relations issues.

  • Candidates with prior experience working in a corporate environment are preferred, but not required.

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is also desired but not necessary to apply for this role.
